Once upon a time In New Orleans, Quanbury came across a brass band playing in the street, collecting tips in a cardboard box. The infectious rhythms and joyful melodies got the roots singer/songwriter thinking about a career change.
He's now a trumpet player in Austin's Minor Mishap Marching Band, and the new solo project fuses his twang-twinged songwriting and guitar work with a brass ensemble.
